1. Order Changes and Cancellations:

   • Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations are not possible due to the fast fulfillment process. Ensure your order is correct before submitting.

2. Received Wrong or Defective Items:

   • If you receive an incorrect item, Immediately Contact our Customer Support. You can also send the Email subjected " Wrong/ Defected item" on "qatifaa.quries@gmail.com".

3. Shipping Options:

   • We are offering  free shipping on orders over PKR. 2499/. 

4. Returns Processing Time:

   • After receiving your return, it takes up to 7 business days to process refunds.
5. Delivery Time:

• The order will be delivered in 3 to 5 working days subject to provision of a valid address within Pakistan.
